What's Included?

  • A visible inspection and operation check of the main water shut off valve
  • A visible inspection of the water heater as well as operations of all shuts offs
  • A visible inspection of the sump pumps and operation to check to certify operation and operation of check valve
  • A visible inspection of the back up pump system to ensure proper operation. Battery back up pump operation check, and check the battery condition, for water back up unit manual operation of pump to ensure proper operation
  • We will inspect and operate all isolation valves to ensure they are functioning properly
  • We will check all faucets including the outside faucets to ensure their proper operation and free from any issues or defects
  • We will check the operation of all toilets and check the condition of the internal components
  • We will perform a visual inspection of all drain and water supply lines including flexible supply lines serving faucets and fixtures for signs of concern
  • We will run water down all drain lines to determine if there are any blockages or impediments to ensure all drains are functioning properly

After the annual inspection has been completed you will receive a report on the overall condition of the plumbing system as well as any recommended repairs. Having an annual inspection of the plumbing system greatly reduces the change of an emergency occurring.
