When it comes to bathroom renovations, even simple changes can make a big difference. Swapping out your sink, shower, or vanity could be the perfect way to breathe some new life into the space.
Our team has performed countless jobs like this over the years. Sometimes we’re there to execute the client’s vision. Other times, we help them figure out the best way to adapt those dreams into a practical plan that suits their needs and budget. Check out these two examples of simple high-impact bathroom renovations we’ve completed for local homeowners like you.
1. The His and Hers Sinks

This client wanted to update their bathroom with some simple yet elegant new fixtures. Their bathroom had a lot of floor space to work with, but they wanted to keep as much of this space open as they could. Both partners wanted their own sink and counter space, though!
After talking things over with our team, they settled on this set of classic white porcelain his and hers sinks. The simple metal faucets with lever handles kept most of the counter space open for the couple’s personal items and toiletries, and the long mirrors above each sink offered extra utility and made the space look even bigger. The gleaming white granite countertops are just as durable as they are beautiful, and with a little sealant applied once a year, they won’t stain.
The wooden vanity cabinets underneath the sinks are the finishing touch that ties it all together. The front panels are hinged, but they don’t look like conventional cabinet doors. The stripped-back look fits right in with the room’s minimalist aesthetic.
2. The Picture-Perfect Vanity

This client wanted us to help her refresh her powder room with a new sink and vanity. The room is small, so she wanted something compact that would still make a strong visual impression. It also needed to offer at least as much storage as the setup she had before.
She went with this small white wooden vanity that perfectly complemented the room’s country chic vibe. There’s plenty of room in the drawers and cabinet to store cleaning supplies and toiletries, and the white resin countertop is leakproof and will be easy to wipe down whenever it needs a cleaning. The client is planning to hide the drywall cutout behind the sink with a large mirror and add some shelving to the right. We can’t wait to see the finished design!
